Deleting your data

How to remove NeoMix's access to your accounts, and how to ask Skycast to erase what it keeps.

1. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Twitch

Skycast does not store data from these platforms. The sign-in is kept only in the Keychain of your own Mac, and live comments only in NeoMix's memory while you are live (privacy policy, section 4). To remove it:

1. In NeoMix: Settings → Accounts → choose the platform → Sign out. This revokes NeoMix's access and deletes the sign-in from the Mac.
2. Facebook: open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → NeoMix → Remove. Facebook then tells Skycast, and this page shows the request's confirmation code.
3. Instagram: open Instagram → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → NeoMix → Remove.
4. Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → NeoMix → Remove access.
5. Twitch: twitch.tv/settings/connections → NeoMix → Disconnect.

To remove NeoMix from a Mac completely, sign out of each platform in NeoMix first, then delete the app. Any item left in the Keychain is named "NeoMix" and can be deleted in Keychain Access.

2. Licence, order and support records

Email contact@skycast.in with the subject "Data deletion request" and the email address you bought with. We confirm who you are, erase what we hold within 30 days, and tell you when it is done. We keep only what the law requires, such as invoices, for as long as it requires; deleting activation records ends the licence's activations.
