NeoMix terms of service

1. These terms

These terms are between Skycast Media Network Private Limited (CIN U60200TN2024PTC175526), VO-144, WeWork Olympia Cyberspace, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600032, India ("Skycast") and you. They cover this website and NeoMix's online services: licence activation, updates, pairing and the platform sign-ins for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Twitch. Your use of the NeoMix software itself is governed by the NeoMix End-User Licence Agreement ("EULA"), which NeoMix shows when it is installed. If these terms and the EULA conflict, the EULA wins.

2. Using the services

You may use the services only with NeoMix and only as the EULA allows. You must not attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer them, use them to send unlawful content, or try to get another person's sign-in, licence or data.

3. Platform accounts

When you connect a YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or Twitch account, you confirm that it is yours or that you are allowed to act for it. NeoMix acts on the account only when you tell it to (section 4 of the privacy policy). You remain responsible for what you broadcast and for keeping the platform's own rules. By connecting YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The platforms are third parties: Skycast does not control them, and a platform may change or withdraw its API, which may change or end the matching NeoMix feature. Streaming with a stream key keeps working when a sign-in does not.

4. Availability

We aim to keep the services available but do not promise that they will always be. NeoMix does not need them while you are live: a show keeps running if this service or a platform's API is unreachable.

5. Liability

The services are provided as described in the EULA. The warranty, the limits of liability and the exclusions in the EULA (sections 15 and 16) apply to them as if they were part of NeoMix.

6. Ending

You can stop using the services at any time and disconnect any platform (privacy policy, section 9). We may suspend access that breaks these terms.

7. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai have jurisdiction, as in the EULA, without removing any protection the law of your own country gives you as a consumer. Questions and complaints go to our grievance officer, Mr. Iyyappan N, Compliance Head, at contact@skycast.in.

We publish every change to these terms at this address, with a new version number and date.
